Mine respond as you say, but I cant feel them at the moment so unless I look, I cant tell!
Sure it will all come back in time.

I had sensation right away and it is getting more sensative as I heal. I'm two weeks out. I didn't really have much sensation there before surgery, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I have to actually wear gauze over my nipples because they respond to even the slightest friction :-)

Because of my size, I didn't have much sensation before the surgery. Now I'm more sensitive than ever on one side, and I'm numb on the other. lol - I think I'm the odd one out, here. My PS says it's possible I can regain some feeling on the numb side eventually.

I had feeling the first day. You should discuss this with your doctor because loss of nipple sensitivity is a possible side effect of BR.

I have no regrets about my breast reduction, but this is an operation and you should be aware of all the risks involved...no matter how slight.

Im 3 weeks post op and I had feeling in my nipples as soon as the anesthetic wore off.

I am 5.5 weeks post op and have sort of feeling in them, it is coming back slowly. I think it varies from person to person, technique to technique and size to size etc.
