Dr. Boynton's beside manner is phenomenal. He made me feel comfortable from the beginning. I had spoke to several different plastic surgeons before Dr Boynton but Dr Boynton was the only one that I truly felt like he cared about my well-being. Dr Boynton is a blessing. I am truly thankful for him and his amazing staff. My only regret was not doing it sooner. Kaitlin, Suzanne, and Sophia are so amazing and patient. I had an anxiety attack a week before surgery and Sophia with her soothing voice put my mind at complete ease. Kaitlin is a saint and she truly makes you feel like you are her top priority. Suzanne is the ray of sunshine that greets you as soon as you walk in. Trust me, it’s so worth it to go to a doctor who truly cares and is extremely talented plus surrounds himself with amazing women who hold themselves to the same standards. I just can’t say enough positive things about this office. Definitely would recommend to everyone.

Summary:The short review is that Dr Boynton and Boynton Plastic Surgery are fantastic. I would bring my own mother to only one cosmetic surgeon in the world, and it is Boynton.My Journey:Through a lot of work, I lost about 200 pounds without bariatric surgery. Due to my weight loss I identified several opportunities for cosmetic surgery: gynecomastia (male breast enlargement), significant skin and some trapped fat around my belly and sides, and a very fatty mons. I met with several surgeons in the Houston area, but my consultation with Dr Boynton was the most impressive. In that first meeting, we not only got to know each other as people, but he also gave me a reasonable idea of how he would proceed with my particular goals and issues in mind. I liked that. I could also tell that Dr. Boynton takes a thoughtful, safety-oriented approach to his work- rather than many surgeons who promised to do it all in one procedure, Boynton identified my need to take a more long-term, multistage approach. I felt safe and well cared for from day one. My first procedure was in April and consisted of gynecomastia surgery with lipo on my flanks. The procedure itself went well, and I felt supported and cared for through the whole process. With Boynton, the surgery itself is only one step in the healing process, and the care and extreme attention to detail that was evident pre-surgery continued throughout my many follow-up consultations long after the procedure. I believe my healing and my final results have been improved by the excellent aftercare I received. My biggest procedure came in July and consisted of an abdominoplasty and monsplasty with liposuction on my flanks. I'm currently healing from this, and as before, Boynton and his excellent staff have supported me, answered my questions, and coached me through a successful recovery so far. In the future, I may need some follow-up procedures and I would not dream of going anywhere else. Dr Boynton's results, demeanor, and the excellent service at Boynton Plastic Surgery have won a loyal customer for life.Pros: - Dr Boynton himself is a unique and talented individual. His friendly, easy-going demeanor belies a true gift in finding the optimal solution to any cosmetic problem. His bedside manner and kindness cannot be beat, and he genuinely cares about me, my goals, and my results. I have no doubt that he is committed to my satisfaction. That's very important as anyone who is a veteran of these procedures could tell you.- A great staff is as important as the surgeon himself, and Boynton's staff has exceeded my expectations at every turn. Kaitlin is my patient coordinator and Sofia is my nurse and they've been helpful and friendly throughout my procedures and aftercare. I have asked a million questions and his staff has shown patience and extensive knowledge in their responses. I am extremely grateful to them!Cons: -None. I could not be more pleased with my experience and outcome with Dr. Boynton and his office. It was very important to me that my breast augmentation be natural and fit my small frame. Dr. Boynton really created that for me. I couldn't be happier. His nurse, Sophia was so patient with all of my questions and always spent as much time as I needed explaining and comforting me through each step of the process.

Dr. Boynton and his staff are very professional, personable, and easy to talk to about questions or concerns. My goal was to get rid of what I considered to be a long face, "sad look" expression. He performed a face lift and neck lift. This procedure did so much more. Dr. Boynton did an amazing job. My face looks happier, less stressed, younger, and most importantly very natural. At just 4 weeks post op, I am VERY satisfied with the outcome. I opted for in office, without anesthesia. In my opinion, anesthesia is really unnecessary for this procedure. I was given medication that made me so relaxed I was able to catch up on some much needed rest. I did not experience any discomfort during the procedure. I also took a good nap. Immediately after the procedure I felt like my normal self. Although I had some bruising, I had the procedure on a Thursday, and returned to work the following Tuesday. I would have returned on the following Monday, but I had the lip lift procedure on that day. The lip lift is must have compliment to this procedure. Look for my lip lift review.

Absolutely amazing!! Dr. Boynton and his staff made me feel super comfortable throughout the entire process. I had been wanting to get this done for a few years and it’s the best decision I ever made! My only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner.

My experience with Dr. Boynton was and continues to be amazing! This was my second surgery with Dr Boynton and I’m beyond satisfied with my results. His attention to detail is incredible. And his safety-conscious methods always make me feel like he has my best interests in mind. I had an allergic reaction after surgery and Dr. Boynton was in constant contact with me, even making a house visit, to make sure that I was healing and that my flare up was under control. His office is beautiful and inviting, making a sometimes anxious experience that much more pleasant and enjoyable. Last but not least, his staff are incredible! Erika and Sophia are extremely knowledgeable about the products they offer as well as the pre/post op process. I felt comfortable texting or calling with any little question about my procedure. Kaitlyn spoke with me on the phone for about 20 minutes before my surgery when I was getting really anxious. She was super calming and made me feel assured that I had made the right decision. I cannot recommend Boynton Plastic Surgery enough! They are the most incredible group of people who helped make me feel like my best me!

Dr. Boynton's beside manner is phenomenal. He made me feel comfortable from the beginning in what would generally be some very uncomfortable situations for me. That is a feat in and of itself. He is well and truly concerned about me and my progression. I also have to say that I have left doctors that I have liked because of the inattentiveness of the front and back office staff. Kaitlin and Sophia have impressed me beyond belief with their attention and concern.

I'm 48 years old with 2 boys, 25 and 23 and after weighing almost 200 pounds at my highest and losing close to 50, I finally decided to pull the trigger on a tummy tuck and arm lift along with a thigh lift so I did some research and found out most doctors won't do all the operations at once. I did a lot of research and decided to do my first consult with Dr. Boynton. After talking to him during my initial consult on August 31, 2018, I felt extremely comfortable with him and his staff and decided that I didn't want to talk to another doctor and I scheduled my surgery the same day as my consult for December 11 and opted for a tummy tuck along with lipo on my back, flanks, inner thighs and knees in addition to the arm lift. I decided for the arm lift first instead of the thigh lift and depending on how I did with the surgery, I planned on doing the thigh lift at a later date. The reason for December date was because Dr. Boyton told me that I should be able to return to my desk job after 2 weeks and since I wasn't telling anyone (beside my husband), this date fit perfectly with the upcoming Christmas holiday when so many people take off. I was nervous on how sore or uncomfortable I might be and someone noticing. Luckily I had no issues with this since most of the staff was off during the week of Christmas when I went back to work. Most people you see daily don't notice any weight changes and I was banking on this along with it being cold since I live in a jacket at work. I also started walking again so if someone asked, I could say it was because of all the walking I was doing. Three weeks prior to my surgery I met again with Dr. Boyton and his staff to go over the final prep work needed and get my list of prescriptions. They faxed these to my pharmacy in my home town. I also needed to meet with my family doctor for medical clearance and have some blood work and and EKG done just to confirm I was physically fit for the surgery. At this time, his staff gave me a binder with copies of all of the paperwork I just signed and it's a lot lol but it goes over what to expect along the way. What I really found helpful was the part in there about the ups and downs I may go through emotionally. It really helped and I made my husband aware that I may be on this roller coaster with my emotions and that he needed to know to support me no matter how crazy I may seem. We live in the Beaumont area and checked into the Residence Inn Houston I-10 West/Park Row on Monday with the surgery scheduled the next day, for early Tuesday morning on December 11. We planned on staying until Friday. This hotel is less than 5 minutes from the hospital so I didn't want my husband to have to sit in the waiting room all morning when he could just go and relax at the hotel. The hospital staff at Houston Methodist West Hospital were excellent! I see why Dr. Boynton partners with them. Weighing 152 pounds, I met with Dr. Boynton that morning so that he could do all his lovely markings lol along with the board certified anesthesiologist and his assistant so that they could answer any questions that I may have had. Once the surgery was over, the hospital staff called my husband to tell him I was out of surgery, I believe the surgery lasted around 3.5 hours. Shortly after, Dr. Boynton called my husband to let him know that everything went well and that I would be in recovery for about an hour which was great because he didn't have to call being that the hospital already did. This just goes to show you how great he is!! My biggest concern was the pain that might be involved afterwards. With the Exparel and Dr. Boynton's technique, I can honestly say this experience was not at all what I expected. I, like anyone else on this site read the reviews and some of the horror stories so I was really nervous. I stayed overnight in the hospital and again, cannot say enough good things about the staff that assisted me right down to the people who delivered my meals. They really took excellent care of me! Dr. Boynton discharged me the next day and again, since I didn't want anyone to know I was having surgery, we opted to stay at the hotel until Friday when I had a follow up appointment with Dr. Boynton. Staying at the hotel helped tremendously since we have 2 dogs and 2 new puppies that my son was at home with and I didn't want them jumping on me since I knew I would be sore. We also opted for a handicap room so that I could have a chair in the shower and believe me, it was definitely needed! During the time I was discharged and being seen again by Dr. Boynton, I do remember crying just once during this time. With the drains attached and needing to get up and walk and tying to shower, it was all so much at one time. My husband was a tremendous help during all of this. I only took my pain meds at night and maybe once, one time during the day. I didn't need them like I thought that I might. I took Tyelnol instead. I feel extremely lucky to have very little pain after this major surgery and I KNOW I owe that all to Dr. Boynton. I never once considered if I made the right decision about not getting another consult. The pain tolerance alone proves I made the right decision. Now, the one thing I did have trouble with and do not recall reading about in my research was that I would need to give MYSELF injections to help with blood clotting. I am so afraid of needles but I did it! How??? I'm still not sure, probably I didn't want to go through surgery and die from a blood clot. I had to give them to myself in my thighs and for me, it was painful....more painful than anything from the surgery but that's because I HATE needles. It was only once a day for a week but too much for me lol. I am now now just a little over 10 weeks post-op, weighing in at 145.9 writing this review and I am healing quite nicely. I didn't take any before pictures because I didn't think I would be writing a review but after the experience I had with Dr. Boyton, how could I not sing his praises! Again, I cannot say enough great things about him and his staff. Updated on 27 Feb 2019: I saw Dr. Boynton today for my 3 month follow-up and got to see my before and after photos. Even more amazed now that I see the side by side comparison. I snapped this photo in his office and am blown away. I thanked him again for giving me my self confidence back. Would do it all over again!

I’m very happy to say I received outstanding care and treatment from Dr. Boynton and all his staff! They answered all my questions clearly and up front which assisted me in making the decision to have my procedure done and was treated in a kind and curtious manner from consultation ,through treatment and onto follow up appointments. The location is clean , calm and very professional! Scheduling was flexible with minimal waiting times. I’m very happy I choose Dr. Boynton and his team and the results speak for themselves! Absolutely Amazing! I would recommend Dr. Boynton and his staff to anyone. Their entire team is wonderful. Dr. Boynton does amazing work and truly cares for his patients. He and his staff are the most professional and friendliest people I’ve met. They are the best you could ask for. They don’t cut corners, they provide the upmost care, and take their time. If I could give a 10 star rating I would.
