Is It Good Idea to Take the Pre-op Vitamins That Are Advertised As Such Before a Facelift? I know Vitamin E is not supposed to be used pre3-op, along with herbs and anything containing aspirin or the like. Also, what about post-op? Should Arnica and Bromelain be used post operatively? Thank you to anyone who answers.

A: vitamins before surgery you may get a lot of varying opinions on this 1. I myself have never use them for my patients but would be happy to if I see even a single truly scientific study showing any significant benefits.

Wondering About Facelift- How Painful? Do I Need To Treat My Eyelids Too? (photo) im a 47y.o with lower eye bags and jowls starting, im considering lower bleph and one surgeon i spoke with suggested a standard lift for correction of jowls and overall sagginess. im open to any input. How much pain is involved with a facelift and lower bleph

A: facelift or bleph how about a different approach. consider doing both upper and lower eyelids and you will get a terrific result. it should be significantly less expensive and the eyelid surgery is virtually painless and giving your facial anatomy and age it maybe a better way to begin the process.
