I've been considering rhinoplasty for many years to refine my bulbous tip and asymmetrical nostrils. I hope to start consulting various doctors after the new year, but would like to be as prepared as possible. What are your suggestions in refining the tip, and creating a more narrow (yet natural) appearance? Thank you in advance! I appreciate your advice!
Seeing your pictures is helpful but in order to give you the most accurate opinion a complete examination including the airway is necessary. Refining the tip and narrowing the nose can achieve the appearance you are looking for but one needs to be careful not to narrow the airway to much. A cosmetic improvement that leaves you with a functional problem would not make you a happy patient. Good luck
Hi, How well will my nose look 6 weeks after an open rhinopaslty? I have a planned trip to Europe that I can not postpone. Will the surgery be noticeable among new people I meet? What should be my expections 6 weeks after surgery? Thank you.
I had my first nose job done 20 years ago. Not much difference, he narrowed the width. I had my second one done 18 months ago. he narrowed width and took down tip (I think he narrowed width too much where tip looks big.) Before he did it another Doctor said it would look more "elegant" if I also did a bridge, but the doctor who did the work said I didn't need one.
I believe now I did. Please let me know if three surgeries are too dangerous and do I need a tip? Many Thanks
