A: TCA better than IPL for wrinkles in eye area

IPL is a light based treatment that does not effectively address wrinkles. IPL works great for pigmentary issues, such as dark spots, or redness. TCA will address the dark spots as well as soften wrinkles around the eyes. Unless the wrinkles are very fine, it will not remove them completely. A follow up peel may be necessary to get to the desired result.
