Eyelid Surgery
After only a month I am very happy with my results. I had upper/lower eyelids done with tendon tightening and a mini lift. Dr. Castellano is a real artist! He is very caring, even calls the evening after your procedure to check up on you as well as providing a cell phone number so that he can be reached at any time.

Facelift
The staff is awsome, they went way beyond the norm. Our car broke down on our way for my 6:30 am appointment. The owner of the Urban Oasis Apartment, ( where I spent the night after surgery). Drove 35 mils to pick me up. Dr Castellano called me and told me not to worry they would work something out. They changed my surgery time to 5:30 pm and had a fuul staff there to care for me!!!

On March 26, 2012 I had a Medium Image Life by Dr. Castellano. I am so pleased with the results. From our initial consultation, he and his staff were exceptional and professional. I expressed that I wanted subtle changes, especially under the chin and the neck. Laser around my eyes were recommended, and well as Sculptra to give my face fullest. He told me precisely what he would be doing and what I would be experiencing with the stages of healing. He and his staff were there if I need an answer to questions as I progressed week to week. At 63, I look and feel great, and at least 10 years younger. Thank you, Dr. Castellano, and also to your Staff.
