“Best Medical Specialist I've Ever Met - San Ramon, CA”

"Dr. Ting is far and away the best medical specialist I've ever met. Why do I say that? 1. Breadth and Effectiveness: Dr. Ting's breadth of expertise and effectiveness are truly remarkable. I won't try to list everything he knows and can treat, because I don't know 1% of it. But the list of services he offers in his office is dizzying. He does much more than cosmetic dermatology, and all of the work he's done on me he's done extremely well. Here's what he's done for me in the last four months alone: * performed scar revision surgery successfully--the new scar is barely visible * treated severe skin allergies successfully * cured a decade-long skin infection successfully (two previous doctors tried and failed) * helped me with multiple issues concerning sexuality * screened me for skin cancer 2. Responsiveness and Proactiveness: I have never met a medical professional who was as responsive and proactive as Dr. Ting. I once called him with an urgent question on his cell phone on a Saturday. He picked up the phone and gave me sound medical advice. He then called me the next day--on a Sunday--just to check on me and see how I was doing. I have emailed him many times, and he's always replied the same day. When I've had issues that needed to be attended to urgently, he has always made sure to fit me into his schedule on the very same day. 3. Generosity: I have never had a medical professional be more generous with me than Dr. Ting. His prices are not cheap, but his services are worth every penny (you get what you pay for). That said, he is aware of my financial limitations, and because of this, he has given me many, many, many services and products for which he could have easily billed me, but did not. Which leads me to my next point... 4. Compassion: Dr. Ting's generosity with me is clearly motivated by compassion. He could have easily charged me for services I needed, or referred me to a cheaper doctor, but instead he chose to help me many times with no financial reward for himself, and I can conclude no plausible explanation other than compassion. I can feel his compassion from they way he relates to me, and it makes difficult medical procedures and conditions much easier to bear. I drive 40 minutes each way every time I see Dr. Ting; it is well worth the drive. I cannot recommend him more highly. If I had a criticism, I would share it here, but I have none. And no, he did not ask me to write or reward me for writing this uncharacteristically laudatory review :)"

“Thank You for Making Me Look So Much Younger - San Ramon, CA”

"I am very pleased with Dr.Ting. I had Laser Skin resurfacing with the Co2 laser. This made a huge difference in the tone and texture of my skin. All my friends say I look so beautiful and rested. Laser resurfacing has turned back the clock for me about 5-8 years!! I am so happy with the results I also came back for Botox and Fillers for the icing on the cake. Dr. Ting is very skilled at cosmetic procedures. I would recommend him to friends and family knowing they are in good hands."

“When It Comes to a Cosmetic Procedure Dr.William Ting is the Best!”

"Dermatology care is an important factor in my life! With this said, I would strongly recommend seeing Dr. William Ting, Annie Regan and the the staff at California Dermatology Care. First off, the staff at California Dermatology Care is always prompt to get you into your appointment and extremely caring when they are treating you. Weather you are dealing with the front staff, Susan or Leah, or the MA's/Nurses in the back (Eva, Rina, Geri, Laura, Ann, Lynn and Alaina) you will be treated with the best care as possible. I have seen Dr. William Ting for Dysport (Botox) and Restylane lip injections. I was nervous to do these injections but he listened and did exactly what I wanted him to do. I wanted to go for a natural look and Dr. Ting made me look amazing! I look so healthy, natural and younger today and I am very pleased with the results. You have to understand that not all dermatologists are this good. It is special when you find someone that listens and injects so perfectly and makes you look like a younger you. He is also really good with patient care and has given me his contact information in case I had questions/concerns."
