A: B cup & 435cc implants equals what size?

My guess is you will wind up with a D cup bra.  Of course this is dependent on bra style and manufacturer.  Did you try on implants during your consultation? This is best when you try them on under a black t-shirt since a light color will make you look larger.  if you were happy with the size you saw in the mirror then you have done the best you can do to get a result that will make you happy, so then do not worry about cup size.

Im 29 & Want Babies in a Year or So, Should I Wait to Get Implants?

Im 29 and i have a b cup breast, im very athletic and i have been recommended round implants under the muscle. My only concern now is i plan to start trying for kids in a years time, is it just better to wait till i have kids to get implants?? thanks so much xx

A: Should I wait to have breast implants until after I have kids?

Breast implants don't alter your ability to produce milk and should not interfere in any way with pregnancy. So from a strictly health perspective, it is a personal preference issue. That being said, because you have such a short timeline in your planning to have children, you might consider waiting only so you will better know how your pregnancy may or may not change the appearance of your breasts.

Does Rippling Get Worse?

I am 5'7'' and I weight about 118 pounds. Before I got my implants (about 1.5 years ago), I was a 36 B weighing about 145 pounds. Since my weight loss, I can feel the rippling of the silicone implant, but cannot REALLY see it very much. I am still very happy with how they look. I am nervous that the rippling will become visible as time moves on though. I don't really have the money to get another surgery right now. Will the rippling become worse?

A: silicone implant rippling is minimal vs saline

As you describe your height and weight I am thinking that it is not surprising that you feel some rippling from the gel implants.  Your weight is low enough than it would be normal for you to feel some rippling.  If you had chosen saline the rippling would be much more apparent.

In answer to your question of, will it get worse?  Your body will continue to age and you will lose more breast tissue just as you do in your face and the back of your hands.  So, yes you may see or feel a little bit more rippling.  What would you think of letting it go and enjoying your new breasts and try not to worry about tomorrow.
