I am 32 years old. I am 5'5 and 150lbs. Hypothyroidism and adrenal fatigue have left me heavier than ever and with a slow road ahead. I walk and do yoga 5 times a week and I have just added a salsa cardio class. I wanted something to help get me motivated since I am really only about 25lbs over my desired weight I thought I would try cook sculpting on my lower abdomen. That area has bothers me... more
I really thought I would be in the so-called 90% of folks supposedly never experiencing the shooting/stabbing electrifying pains. There is nothing like it! Please, post your experience if it has been tolerable for you, and specifically what you did experience. I don't want to discourage anyone, but I did have difficulty finding reviews that were more in the 90% of the population. So,... more
I was so excited to here Coolsculpting could treat your thighs especially outer thighs. I see such horrible results with people who do lipo and didn't want the down time. I did two treatments on my outer thighs and saw results just 3 weeks after my 2nd treatment. My pic is just three weeks....Ive yet to take another photo but am OBSESSED with this and looking to treat other areas. more
A little about me, I am 5’9” 157 lbs in my late 30’s, no children. I work out pretty regularly, a few times a week, but not as intense or as often as I should. My current measurements are 39” bust, 33” waist, 39” pudge below the belly button, and 39” hips. I look like I have an hourglass figure front-facing, then my pudge is clearly visible from the side (even with spanx and... more
No matter how much I diet and exercise my bra fat area has always been an issue for me. I had Coolsculpting in May and am seeing tremendous results! I am so excited, just in time for swim suit season! Each area took 1 hour, in which I read and napped. The procedure is simple and completely pain free. There was mild numbness for a week or so, though not bothersome at all. I noticed the... more
Today I had my first cool sculpting treatment on my back fat. I felt no pain when the suction started, and no cramping or anything until the procedure was over, and the frozen fat was massaged. I started to feel nauseated (this is from the thawing and heat coming back to the frozen area, and I also felt like I had worked out hard. Nothing unbearable! I am 10 hours out, and feel fine, just like... more
I have always gained most of my weight in my stomach. I am hoping for a flat tummy but we shall see. I am 41 yrs old w/2 children. I am doing two small panels on my upper & lower stomach. I have a high pain tolerance so praying I do not experience the pain I have read on other peoples blogs. I will be very upset if I see no change so I am putting a lot of hope that this will be worth the... more
I had my lower abdomen done on 10/24/2012. I am 5' 1" and 135 lbs. My abdomen area is bigger then other before and after pics I have seen. I have had 3 children, so I have the post pregnancy belly that I cant get rid of. The procedure itself was better then what I had expected. My nurse went over everything in detail with me. When the machine was initially placed on my abdomen, there was some... more
I found it to be very subtle, I had my "love handles" done. I wanted to just try it out there first and then do my abdomen if I thought the results were worthwhile. After several months, I'm undecided
I'm a man near my mid 30's, relatively fit, I work out regularly, and just have the dreaded "spare tire" despite being lean on the rest of my body. I'm around 5'11 at 160 pounds.
If you... more
I had Coolsculpting at Van Dyke's in April, 2012. I have recently seen the maximum result and I'm absolutely thrilled!!! My stomach is finally flat, I've always had a pooch, after having 3 kids, and now it's flat. Dr. Van Dyke and her staff were very nice and accommodating. Definitely recommend Van Dyke Laser and Skin! more
I had my first session of Cool Sculpting on Wednesday morning -- three days ago. I've had enough things done in life that I know to thoroughly research anything, including reviews. I also have found that people will tend to post negative comments much quicker that positive ones. That being said, I went in with an open mind realizing I could be in a significant amount of pain for the next... more
(the price above reflects my Village member dicount on there monthly special price of 900, normally 1200) I work out regulary and do all the stuff you are supposed to do, squats, cardio, diet. But I have certain areas of genetically predetermined fat pockets that refuse to go away.
I have been interested in a non-invasive fat contouring procedure for years. I have chosen to treat my inner... more
I had my upper abdomen treated with the larger applicator.
As the applicator was applied, it really took my breath away. I remember asking "Are my guts in there?!" because that's really how it felt! It didn't hurt, but it was a little disorienting. I had some anxiety at first, but calmed down pretty quickly. After that, I just relaxed for the rest of the hour.
I did... more
I decided to try coolsculpting to get rid of some stubborn areas of fat. I exercise regularly and am not over-weight, but have not been able to lose those love handles. I was somewhat skeptical, but decided it was worth a try. I was totally amazed at the results! I could notice a distinct difference in a couple of weeks. My clothes fit better and i just seem to be in better porportion! I would... more
I had the Zeltiq procedure performed yesterday on my inner thighs - two cycles on each leg (four total). While the outer parts of my legs, as well as the rest of my body, are muscular and toned, I have a "love handle" type area of fat, both near the knee and just below the groin. So while Zeltiq is generally for torso work, the configuration of my thigh fat was well-suited to the... more
