Hi Doctors, I had a total 40cc of fat grafted to my face 1 month ago. It was 10-15cc on each cheek blended with surroundings (in his words), 2-3cc on nasolabial fold, 1cc on the mouth corner, the rest on temples and forehead. My cheeks are fuller than what I want, and my jaw is squarish right now although the doctor didn't put any fat there. My question is, will this continue improving? How much more fat will be absorbed by the body and how can I know if all the swells are gone? Thank you!
I had fat transfer to the face 1 month and 4 days ago and a hard lump appeared under my left eye 3 days ago. Its painful and the skin is red. What should I do. It looks like the inflammation is getting worse. I took an ibuprofen and put warm compress but it didnt do anything.
I got fat taken from my lower belly and got them injected into my chin . It looked really nice but after one month it's seems like it's almost back to normal . My dr said this is a gradual thing and it last minimum 1 year. So far it's only 1 month and basically looks like my old chin again . My dr said if I get it done every 4-6 months 3 times it should be permanent and more define each time . Don't know if this is true or not.
Hi my lips are uneven after fat injection (2cc) / left side visibly bigger than the right. what to do ? Could this still be some swelling? but such uneven? Id like to get rid of this problem asap what should I try ? what works? please help. thank you
Hi, today is exactly 4 weeks post op.Lower eyelids still hurt and feel the hardness/tightness when blinking the eyes or when the eye muscles (love bands) move at any facial expressions. My puffy dark circles have become 2 big round puffy panda eyes now. I am disappointed with the much lower and prominent tear trough lines. I am already thinking of doing lower blepharoplasty to remove those fat. How soon can i do it? Thanks in advance!
I had fat transfer to breasts. A cup to B cup. I wanted to know how long i need to wait until i can start working out again? My doctor tole me 4 weeks. I am on week 4 post op, but I feel that is too soon, Will I lose any of the transferred fat once i start to workout again?? I am a runner and heavy weight lifter. I workout 5 days a week approx 2 hours a day. Should I start easing back into working out?
I've had fat equalization to smooth my my entire inner thighs and fat grafting to both my upper inner thighs 5 weeks ago. This was to correct rippling from bad liposuction years ago. My upper right inner thigh now has extra fullness, almost bag like. It feels smooth and pliable to touch like regular fat. I'm afraid the doctor over grafted me by assuming some fat was going to die, but none did. Is it possible that 5 weeks post-op the fullness I'm feeling is dead fat that hasn't yet left?
Today is one month post op from when I got fat transfer for fuller cheeks as well as a jaw reduction. The clinic I went to provided heated massages to reduce swelling once every week, but they always avoided the cheek area and only focused on my jaw. Today was the last treatment and a new employee did the heat massage on the cheeks as well. Would this compromise the fat transfer in my cheeks? I know some doctors recommended massaging fat transfer areas while others do not.
