Greetings,This is something that should be evaluated right away by your surgeon since there is a significant chance of infection or at minimum and inflammatory reaction that needs to be treated right away. Good luck

When people develop a nodule after fat transfer or any filler several weeks after injection you have to worry about infection.  There are some bacteria that are very slow growing and do become bothersome until after about one month.  It can also be just an inflammatory reaction.  You need to see our doctor so they can evaluate the nodule and decide on a treatment plan.

Although it is rare to have an infection from facial surgery, what you are describing are signs of an infection and should be examined in person by a medical professional.
