Dear Doctors, I was explanted with capsulectomy 7 days ago, at my request due to implants being too large (375g/dual plane) and thinking I could return to my previous state. My surgeon recommended a smaller implant, rather than explant. My choice was wrong, and I now wish to do as he advised and have smaller implants "redone"...how long do I need to wait for this procedure after explant? Many thanks!
I'm 27 and have had Breast Implants for 5 years total (350cc Saline for 2 years, 225cc Silicone gel for 3 years). I would like to get them removed without replacement. I would also like to get pregnant soon & in the future (likely 2 kids total). I naturally have naturally small breasts (AA/almost A), little breast tissue, & fairly elastic skin. I would prefer not to get a breast lift if I didn't have to, but would be willing to if necessary. Should I get my implants removed now or wait until after pregnancy to have the best aesthetic result?
In 2013 I had a breast augmentation. About 6 months after getting my implants i went on for 7 years always being sick. Some disease, random rash etc. They were toxic and in May 2020 I had an explant, capsulectomy and lift. Well I am not happy. I asked for a small B, didnt get it. Also, immediately post op my nipples were placed TOO HIGH they pop out in anything and i have alot of fat under my arm from years of stretched skin. What can be done? Im miserable (Pics: 5 day post op - 1 year later)
I had my breast implants removed, but the capsule was left in. ( I did not have the En Bloc procedure done). Is it possible to go back in and remove the capsule? Will this cause additional loss in breast size? Would a breast lift be recommended with capsule removal?
Explanted my 13 year old implants with capsule 7 months ago. Breast are different size and have adhesion on the left smaller breast. My scares sit under my bra or bikini and I feel like a frankinstian. Don't really want to put any more breast implants in.
I recently had a mammogram at 34 yrs old because my doctor felt a suspicious lump which turned out to be the valve to my saline implant. My implants are 12 years old, I've breastfed 3 children & they are now bottomed out. I do not want to replace them I'm an anxious person by nature I'm sick of worrying about problems with them down the road. Can you tell from my mammogram pics just how small I'll be & if they're under the muscle? The technician commented about how I had 0 breast tissue.
I am planning to have my saline breast implants removed, which are around 250cc's. Original size was 30/32 A/AA before and after small C or large B. Im wondering if my breasts will look bad and saggy? More importantly, will they be bigger or smaller than my original size. I just wasn't sure if they cut away any fat tissue when removing implants. Im 32, never had children and weight has only fluctuated around 10 lbs. I currently am 5'3 and weigh about 100lbs. Thanks so much!
