Breast Augmentation Q&A

I had the procedure done May 30th, 2023 so I am 11 months post op. I am 52 and 120 pounds and I got silicone 345cc (right) and 330cc (left) implants. My surgeon told me I would be a mid c cup size. They have been close together since I got them done but I feel like the only way they look ok is with no bra.. when I have any kind of bra or compression tank on they look odd to me like its symmastia but Im not sure if thats what it is or not because I dont look like that braless

Im 54 and 28 years old. Looking into getting implants. I would hate to get a lift and have a scar, but Im thinking my breast are deflated from losing weight (Im 130 now use to weigh 165)

I like my size and don't want to change it too much, maybe a tiny bit bigger, but I lost a ton of weight a few years ago and my boobs are saggy and uneven now. I still like them ok, but l'd be so happy if they were the same size and both perky and lifted and more full. My left breast is noticeably smaller than my right and it makes me feel insecure, looks strange, and it's hard to find a bra that fits without messing with the straps. Also, what are the factors that determine cost?

I'm 3 weeks away from 6mpo. Does this look like symmastia? Should I ask for revision, if so, how do I go about doing that?

Hi there I have severe scoliosis which has deformed my chest quite a bit causing one breast to hang lower and have more lose skin since my rib cage does not pulled it taught on my left. I had a breast lift done 6 months ago but did not like the results as my left breast was still larger and saggier as my surgeon did not seem to account for my scoliosis. I feel like it would be an easy fix as my other breast is exactly the results I was hoping for. Is it possible for just one breast to be fixed?

Hi! I recently had a breast augmentation but was looking into getting braces behind my teeth or Invisalign. Will this be dangerous after my surgery or will I be ok with proper care and antibiotics? Any insight is appreciated.

Hi Im very skinny, 156cm 39kg with bony chest. Am considering to do motiva 2, is it possible to achieve a C cup or should I not even consider it? If I do, what is the recommended size/cc I should look at?

I am very flat chested and wanting to go from AA cup to a full C. When I had previous consultation I was told 300cc moderate plus profile would be best. I am 56 & 140lbs. W surgeon measured I was 11cm on each side so he said we wouldnt want go with an implant any bigger than that. Im just afraid Ill only end up being a B when finished. Do you think 300 cc will give me the full breast appearance Im looking for?

I need to know if I have congenital Symmasia and if so the fact I had implants above the muscle did this make it worse ? I have added pictures from before surgery, after a reconstruction and before implants and then after implants my only aim was to fill the upper pole after an original breast reduction surgery in 2007.
