I am considering breast implants, something I have wanted since I was a teen. I am now 160 and have a goal of 145lbs. I would like to add volume and would love cleavage, as right now I can only obtain that with a VS heavily padded push up bra. I also have a wide gap so anything that might help that a bit would be nice as well. I have done 1 consult and am considering 450cc under fascia high profile round silicone but scared of ending up with ball in sock look. Any advice? arms and tummy are next
My breasts are a huge insecurity of mine. Im only 18 but look like i have breastfed. I want to know what surgeries i should have to fix this. Not sure whether a lift could fix this or if id need a reduction and full boob job. My bra size is 12F. Please give me any suggestions!
I like my size and don't want to change it too much, maybe a tiny bit bigger, but I lost a ton of weight a few years ago and my boobs are saggy and uneven now. I still like them ok, but l'd be so happy if they were the same size and both perky and lifted and more full. My left breast is noticeably smaller than my right and it makes me feel insecure, looks strange, and it's hard to find a bra that fits without messing with the straps. Also, what are the factors that determine cost?
Hello! I had my first consultation after deciding I was ready to finally get a breast augmentation. Ive had a hard time finding truly accurate ranges online for the price of breast augmentation in full, and was quotes about $13,500. Is this normal pricing? Or was I ill-informed on the affordability of a breast aug?
I was surprised by a surgeons request that I stop lactating six months before breast implantation. Is this the consensus? I do still make milk, but my breast size has been stable since I stopped actually breastfeeding. Is it too dangerous to do this surgery on a lactating patient?
I have poland syndrome. And was told I have to get a tissue expander to stretch my skin etc . My right side has no breast but my left side does and its. 36 D cup. That side hurts the most. And my breast saggs. Saying I need a lift on that side always gets my claim denied. What can I say so it can be approved as medically necessary
Pretty straightforward title question.. I went for a consult the other day and was discussing incision location. He initially said that he could do transax incision but then said that since we are going subfacial that it would be too hard. Is this something impossible or are there other surgeons that specialize in transax incisions for the subfacial approach?
I was so ready to schedule a breast augmentation. Ive thought about it since I was a teenager (27 now) and finally saved enough to pay in full. I thought I was ready to pull the trigger and now Im talking myself out of it. I have a very intense fear over general anesthesia. Ive been under anesthesia once before but I dont think it was general because I didnt have a breathing tube. The idea of being put under is absolutely terrifying and the worst part to me. How do I handle this?
I would like larger breasts and have seen in some cases where larger implants are used a lift isn't always needed. I appreciate I have asymmetry and some ptosis. However if a lift is needed could it be a crescent lift or doughnut lift to give minimal scarring as I really would like to avoid scars. I want a natural look where the breasts don't sit really high and from research I believe sub facial placement would be best?
