Cameron DiazCameron Diaz charms both men and women alike with her tomboyish, athletic demeanor and her fashion forward, confident style. The 34 year-old model turned actress has a strong sense of independence and an enchanting comedic wit. She manages to be both sexy and playful, with a constant reign on maintaining a youthful spirit.

The San Diego, California born beauty has a Cuban father, but the only recognizable Latin trait about the star is her last name. “My Latin roots are very strong. All my life, because I'm blonde and blue-eyed, people who aren't Hispanic can't believe I am. And people who are Hispanic always think I'm not, because I don't look like them.”

The former girlfriend of pop star Justin Timberlake believes that having sex is the ideal way to drop some pounds and to achieve greater overall health. She declares, “Sex is the most amazing stress reliever. I actually think it's the best thing for everything! I think it should be 100 percent part of everyone's life on a day-to-day basis. We'd all be a lot happier.”

There’s no doubt Diaz has quite a canvas on which to create a masterpiece, but she shares, “If you have teams of makeup artists, hairstylists and the right lighting, you can work wonders on anybody.” She also doesn’t want her looks getting in the way of a serious career as an actress. Anyone who saw her film “Being John Malkovich,” knows that Cameron isn’t afraid to abandon her looks for the sake of her craft.

She does however, sound a bit like the head cheerleader in high school with her statement, "If a woman who's a successful actress weighs 300 pounds and has warts, nobody ever asks her, 'Do you think you made it because you're ugly?' So why should there be prejudice against someone who's had some success in films and looks a little better than average. It's all in my genes, so don't hold it against me."

Diaz’ acne prone skin has made many a headline in the realm of Hollywood beauty. She says she drinks plenty of water to help keep her acne at bay, and to make her skin look hydrated, refreshed and youthful.

Diaz offers some idealistic advice on maintaining health and beauty, sharing,
“I don't know if these are beauty secrets, but what I do to feel my best is just exercise regularly, laugh and play often, and make love every moment I can.” Sure, Cam, we’ll all get right on that! And readers, I am sure you’ve seen Cameron’s heavily photo documented trips to LA gyms, but she also regularly hits the slopes on her snowboard and the waves on her surfboard… both extremely good forms of exercise and toning.

As for diet, Diaz decided to become a vegetarian when she learned that pigs scored as well on tests of cognition as three-year old children, and that chickens develop individual personalities and form complex social circles. Pass the grilled veggies!

Cameron uses her lipstick as a blusher, especially for on-the-go touch-ups. She uses an oil-free moisturizer, and "has stopped smoking, gets facials routinely, and uses Proactiv to help fight acne. The secret to her clear skin… is a mineral powder sunscreen made by Colorescience . The product is called Sunforgettable SPF 30 and she says her skin has never been clearer.”

The San Diego, California born beauty has a Cuban father, but the only recognizable Latin trait about the star is her last name --> ??? Excuse me, latin is not based in looks like blond hair or dark hair, latin is an ancient language from which spanish, french, italian, portuguese and romanian do originate. That to start with. Second, the people who arent hispanic dont believe I am and those who are Hipanic dont believe it either. -->??? Excuse me! Hispanic does originate from the latin word or name that the Romans gave to Iberia (ancient Spain) Hispania. A word that was first Latin and Italian before ever became Spanish hahahaha. So, the so called hispanics in America are actualy 85% are mixed Native Americans. Maybe Camerón Díaz should take a tour through Spain and find out she is the only one blond and blue eyed out there LOLLOLOLOL what a stupid thing to say, so snob and so false.......hoewever if u do speak those american hispanics who are 90% native then is ok. By the way, Spain has 5 languages and the so abused word spanish is just one of the 5. agur
