U.S. Breast Implant Population Is as Big as Singapore

If you haven't seen Dr. Donald Brown's breast implant infographic (below) floating around the web yet, you will now. It has some pretty fascinating facts surrounding a subject everyone loves or loves to judge, and I'm surprised it hasn't made a bigger splash. Did you know that all the implants created in the U.S. since 1997 would fill an Olympic swimming pool? But there's something else we learned from one of the stats on here...
If all the women in the U.S. with breast implants formed a country, it would have the same population as Singapore or Norway: roughly 5,000,000.
So if you think you don't know anyone with implants, chances are you probably do. That's almost 5% of our population.
At 5,000,000, that's like saying the entire city of L.A. has breast implants, and then some (pop. 3,792,62).
