Silikon 1000 is a silicone oil substance (purified polydimethylsiloxane) made by Alcon, and is FDA approved for treatment of detached retinas.Silikon 1000 by Alcon

Silikon 1000 is also used off-label for cosmetic enhancement as an injectable filler for wrinkles, facial volume loss, lip augmentation, and acne scar treatment.
