Based on your photos, you appear to have a recessed chin appearance on profile, and a short chin appearance on front view. Anytime we add a chin implant, it always leads to an increase in the vertical height of the chin on front view, along with projection of the chin on profile. You also appear to have a wide appearance of the lower 1/3 of your nose on front view, and an overprojected nasal tip profile appearance. If you have severe dissatisfaction with your nasal appearance, and or nasal breathing, rhinoplasty surgery may be considered as well. I hope this helps, and I wish you well moving forward. Goals of rhinoplasty surgery should be to help somebody's nose blend in, rather than to call attention to itself. My concern about an isolated tiplasty, is that it may lead to droopiness of your nasal tip with time. Since you are looking for a most minimal procedure, the best advice would be to live with what you have, since a tip plastic can also result in unwanted tip asymmetries, and nasal obstruction, depending on your condition. When people have thin skin, as you appear to have, it is fairly common to see the difference between the bottom of your nasal tip cartilage, and the top of your nostril margin. This is your only concern, the area may be filled, with microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections, without the need for surgery. If you have a droopy nasal tip that is covering your upper lip, it is possible, however, that rhinoplasty surgery may be helpful for achieving a less droopy nasal tip appearance. Please consider re-asking your question with photographs. Thank you. Sincerely, Dr Joseph

A saddle nose deformity is when somebody's nasal bridge has been lowered too much. It can be caused from trauma as well. In that regard, it is not always a reason to have surgery. Especially if you are breathing fine. I believe your oblique photos are different since you appear to have a slight indentation along your right nasal sidewall. That could make the appearance of a small bump visible on your right oblique photo, but not your left. If there is fluctuation in the size, this could be due to permanent suture material that might have been used during your surgery.
