Many patients come in for breast enhancement or breast augmentation. And today we have a lot of options for implants and it's really nice for the past eight years, we now have silicone implants that are available and they're just much more natural feeling and looking as far as the results are concerned. I do what's called a Dual Plane Breast Augmentation, so I put the implant under the muscle, but not entirely under the muscle. That way the implant doesn't stay too high, it comes down nicely, you get a nice “teardrop shape.” And patients all the time who say, "I come to see you because you have “natural results.”
