My 31 year old patient underwent a subfascial breast augmentation with Galaform 3D bioresorbable scaffold for lower pole support, aka the "SIGALIFT." I placed Sientra Moderate Profile HSC+ 435 cc smooth round silicone implants & Galaform 3D mesh.
