Hi, this is Dr. Portuese in Seattle and today we are talking about a neck lift. The neck lift procedure rejuvenates the neck by removing fatty deposits located above and below the platysma muscle. The neck lift also tightens the neck muscles known as the platysma through three small incisions behind the ear and underneath the chin.
