Residual Capsulectomy- Apsiration of Seroma

Dr. Khan performs residual capsulectomy on a patient that had 17 year old implants. The physician that did her explant left part of the capsule behind. Upon opening the chest, a seroma was found and Dr. Khan aspirates it.
