Crooked noses and deviated septum's can be caused by either trauma or
congenital deformities. Either way they can be addressed with a Rhinoplasty
operation. Once you're asleep in the operating room an incision is made in
the columuela, the skin is refracted and again I have the access to all the
cartilages in your nose.

The part that's curved can then be either cut away or the entire septum can
be moved back to the middle of the nose. That greatly straightens the nose
improving both the function of the nose, how you breathe as well as the
