There are some situations where I think people can improve the appearance of their nose without surgery, specifically if you have a very small nasal bump that you don't like. Then sometimes the way to fix this is to use injectable fillers, such as Restylane, Juvederm, Radiesse or there's a whole host of fillers that are available. But using these fillers to fill in the area above and below the bump...
So, if you have a bump here, then I can place some injectable material above the bump, below the bump, and then when you look from the side everything looks straight. So that's a way of camouflaging the bump. It doesn't eliminate the bump, but it camouflages and improves the over all appearance. So, people use the term non-surgical rhinoplasty. This is what they're talking about. Placing the fillers in the nose in order to improve the appearance of the nose without surgery.
