I do both a permanent solution, we use implants, and I also use fillers. We use the hyaluronic acids. The two that I use currently the most in the practice is Restylane and I use Belotero, which is a different product that was recently released. Both work pretty equally, and I'm happy with those results. We usually treat patients first with the H.A.s to see how well they like the augmentation. For some patients, surprisingly, some of my older patients, they prefer more permanent solution. The implants, they sound like they are fairly aggressive, but it's actually a fairly simple procedure. The results are quite good, and the patients who have it really love them.
