When women are asking about what size to choose, first try to have a detailed discussion with them regarding their goals. Once I establish their goals, I do a physical examination, and I examination the dimensions of their breasts. Then based on what cup size they're expecting to have, and based on their breast dimensions, then we start talking about sizes of implants and profiles on implants that would look better on each of those patients.
