Extremely Difficult Nose Surgery

The patient had 5 unfortunate nose surgeries witch ended up with a severe deformity in both thee bony vault and cartilage complex.The patient underwent a corrective reconstructive rhinoplasty and a costal cartilage graft with facial tissue was used.
