In December 2023 I had a successful complex revision rhinoplasty surgery, with fat grafting around my eyes undertaken by Dr Karaaltin. The revision rhinoplasty involved making a small hole (percutaneous osteotomy) at the top of my nose and inserting graft material from my ear to widen my radix, and conceal protruding bones and grooves between my nose and eyes.
