Capsule cutting-textured implants with double capsules

This patient had TEXTURED silicone breast implants that were removed via en bloc. She presented with pain/discomfort. Both capsules were contracted & adherent to the breast implants. Each side had DOUBLE CAPSULES that will be sent out for testing.
