Capsule cutting-textured implants with double capsule and severe calcification

This patient was experiencing pain prior to explant, especially on her left side. She had 300cc TEXTURED saline breast implants. She had a double capsule on each implant that was adherent. The left side was very contracted (Grade 3-4) & calcified.
