Capsule cutting-textured, contracted, calcified, and ruptured (x1)

This patient had textured Misti Gold implants. An enbloc total capsulectomy & a breast lift was performed. Both capsules were contracted and calcified. She noticed the volume on the right side decreasing over time and the left was ruptured.
