Capsule cutting-ENBLOC total capsulectomy and residual capsules

This patient had silicone breast implants that were OVER the muscle. Notice the thickened capsules, calcium deposits, & rupture. Additionally, her implants were previously placed UNDER the muscle. I removed those residual capsules, too.
