Capsule cutting-calcification with gel bleed

This pt had an ENBLOC total capsulectomy. She had 2 MRI’s prior & both suggested a double rupture. Thankfully, that was not the case. One side was extremely calcified, which caused the implant to fold. There was a gel bleed noted, too.
