Capsule cutting-bilateral ruptured textured implants

Here is a capsule cutting from a breast explant case. An en bloc total capsulectomy was performed. This patient had textured silicone breast implants. Notice the degree of encapsulation & calcification. Additionally, she had bilateral ruptures.
