Dr. Joel L. Cohen: People that have lips that are just way too full, oftentimes, are getting injected by inexperienced practitioners out there. There are some options that you can do if somebody has been augmented with something called a hyaluronic acid fillers or juevederm or restylane or those types of agents can actually have some enzyme that can be injected and you can use enzyme like vitrase. It’s a hyaluronidase enzyme to make that largely go away. We do know that fillers do lead to some new collagen formation so not everything is going to go away.
