There's a lot of ways to do it in my personal opinion. Breast volume and a woman feeling happy with their shape is how they fit into clothes, how that breast feels on their body. Deciding I wanna be a C cup or seeing a photo of, "This is what I could look like," is not as effective as feeling how that volume feels on the body and in clothes.
I have women try on sizers. I have sizers that are both round implants or shaped implants. It's not a perfect match but I think it gives people the best sense and have people come in with a tight white shirt which can give the fuller look of that same size, a tight black shirt which can be the more slimmed version of that size. That can give a good estimate.
