Breast Explant Capsule Cutting-Gel Bleed and Rupture

An ENBLOC total capsulectomy & breast lift was performed. Her capsules had a significant degree of contracture that the patient could see & feel. On her left, the shell had lost integrity and there was notable gel bleed. The right side was ruptured.
