I think the fastest areas that start to show aging are usually the mid-cheek area, usually the junction of the eyelid and the cheek. We start to see early sagging and prominence in the nasojugal fold. We start to see lines along the mouth and eventually you start to see jowling. Those are the earliest things that I see usually.
