You know, I think it's moved mainstream; we are in an era of high
definition cameras; the aesthetic expectations have increased; the
standards of what we all expect. We know that on the job, we have higher
expectations of people looking healthy. And for me, it's really about skin
health. It's not about looking plastic or overdone, it's about achieving
that natural balance; looking like a more natural, young, refreshed version
of yourself. Not like some artificial, plastic celebrity who's had too much
done. So that's another trend that we're really seeing. We are moving away
from the overdone plastic look, the real housewives' look if you will, more
toward a natural, refreshed version of real people.
