Patients are always concerned about how long a facelift will last. This is an example of a patient. She's before surgery. This is early, probably about six month post-operative view, and this is about nine years post-operative and you can see there's been... her neck and jaw line have stayed. They haven't come back. There's been really a good maintenance of the result from this procedure. In this view, the left side of the picture is the patient one year after surgery. She had a facelift and a fat transfer. The right side of the picture is ten years after surgery and you can see both the fat transfer and the facelift have held up remarkably well.
