We use is a 10% rule. If you want to change your weight by more than 10%, do that before the procedure. If your goal is 150 pounds, 10% is 15 lbs., so you have a window of 15 lbs. on either side of 150. Anywhere in that range, you’ll be okay. VIEW NOW
