So I know sculptra doesn't provide immediate volume but I kind of loved the initial post injection swelling cause by the saline that went down after a couple days. Sculptra frequently causes permanent, hideous lumps (much worse than granulomas) and Dermik, the company that makes it, is well aware of it. Why then, are there no warnings about this common occurrence in any of their literature or on their website. I'm fuming about this

I currently have gluteal implants, I've had them since 2014. They look good, but I would like to get more volume towards the top and fill in my hips. I want to take these supplements to help break up scar tissue from BA, rhino and just general aging but I'm concerned it will breakdown the collagen produced by Sculptra. It is supposed to eat up "dead" scar tissue and biofilms. Has anyone tried this and seen any effect?
I had 2 vials of Sculptra injected 30 days apart and developed a sinus like infection. A yellow rubbery like goo builds up in my sinus cavity and eventually comes out. My ENT has done biopsies, cultures, 5 rounds of antibiotics and has never seen anything like it. Over time, it has gotten better, and does not come out as often. Has anyone else seen this problem?

I have been told by a Dermatolgist, who I later found supplied trial studies to the FDA, Sculptra can last up to 10 years under the skin and than added but who knows? I have contacted the Manufacture and they will not give me this information. Have any of the Doctors been able to obtain the information from Sanofi/Dermik?
