I called Tria Beauty to get a return authorization. I sent it back,in tact in original package,insured,signature on delivery. Tria refused to accept the return,lied&refused to honor their return policy.

I paid over $500 for this device and it stopped working less than a year later. The only recommendation I got from Tria was to buy a new one! Helpful! It was also painful to use so I was only able to go up to level 2 - they recommend going to level 3. Do not buy.
