Tria Laser Has Bad Product Design

This product was a total waste of money. The battery is not replaceable so when it dies, there is no recourse and the laser can only be thrown away. Who makes such an expensive product with a one-and-done battery?!? Buyer beware..,

I found a video on youtube that shows you how to open the sensor device and replace the 9 volt battery without too much difficulty. I tried it myself and, after about 15 minutes finally got it opened. I almost cut my hand a few times and the sensor is now really beat-up looking, BUT I can use my TRIA again! Yes, they designed it so you would throw it out after the battery dies...so shameful.
