I am always open to test new treatments and when my clinic got this machine I was curious to see what it has that is superior to clear and brilliant that I normally get. I looked for reviews and recovery photos for reference beforehand but failed to find anything other than clinics promo shots...
I have just scheduled my appointment for the Palomar Lux 1540 for acne scars. I wanted to document the journey and see what kind of changes may happen and give detailed accounts of my experience. I've never had any type of treatment for my acne scars this will be my first experience. I went...
My skin tone is uneven with much sun damage, brown spots, red spots, little capillaries, wrinkles, esp. crowsfeet, liplines from smoking; I have thin skin on my bony nose, and the start of jowls on each side of my cheeks at the jawline. I may post photos in the future; right now, I simply wanted...
This is the best laser on the market for acne scars & enlarged pores. 5 treatments have completely resurfaced my skin by improving acne scars, enlarged pores, tone and uneven texture. I have been maintaining my results with professional skincare products, peels, microderms, & dermaplaning...

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Donath and staff for my cosmetic facial procedures. Dr. Donath is an extremely knowledgeable and skilled surgeon with amazing attention to detail! The staff of Dr. Donath were very professional and compassionate so I felt comfortable throughout the entire...
I bought a package of ematrix at a medspa and they offered me a complimentary upgrade to their new Palomar 1540 laser due to a customer service issue. (I listed 250 as price as that was price to upgrade from cheeks only to full face). Big mistake. I had good results with ematrix and should have...
Had three 1540 laser treatments for acne scars and to be honest I saw zero change in any sort of way. Maybe a slight 1-5% difference in tightening of the skin. Complete waste of money. Threw 2.5k down the drain. Dr Hanke is legit and a really nice and caring guy but I'm starting to feel everyone...
I made an appt with Dr Saal to see what I could do if anything to diminish these small acne scarring on my cheeks. Never met with the doctor. The staff (you should double check whether the person doing the recommendation has any medical training at all verses a quasi marketing rep for the laser...
