I made an appt with Dr Saal to see what I could do if anything to diminish these small acne scarring on my cheeks. Never met with the doctor. The staff (you should double check whether the person doing the recommendation has any medical training at all verses a quasi marketing rep for the laser company..). Anyhow, she told me the Starlux laser would work great on my scars and I would need to do 6 to get the good result. She said the only time when there may not be the intended result is when people give up too soon. So I did 7 and zero result. It even made one of my scars larger. The worst part is there were "before" pics yet there was no accountability after and no sign of the doctor anywhere, despite my voicing my concerns. I don't believe the doctor
is adequately supervising those that work for him, most especially the gals he has recommending treatments. He gets all of the benefits and none of the risks.

Crystal was great but there was no doctor around supervising. Crystal tried her best and was as good as can be. The problem with this office is systemic.
