Disfigured by Glacial Rx

I treated an age spot on my face 3 times (1x per month) with Glacial Rx, starting at the weakest intensity and gradually working my way up until I saw a difference. The spot grew bigger and more pigmented, and shows no signs of lightening or coming off as claimed.
