Office review - I never felt like anything was rushed or overlooked

I went to Dr. Nima at the recommendation of a friend, to have a consultation for a revision chin surgery and implant. I had reconstructive jaw surgery when I was a teenager that left me with a crooked chin bone and damaged nerves/ loss of sensation in my chin. It bothered me my whole life, but I never felt comfortable doing anything to fix it until I had an appointment with Dr. Nima. From my first appointment, I was impressed with the level of professionalism and efficiency of the office and the entire staff. Dr. Nima was very thorough in answering questions and talking me through the procedure ahead of time. I was relieved to know I was in good hands, and while these types of procedures can be somewhat nerve-wracking, I felt very assured with his experience and skill, which made the whole process much easier. I appreciated that communication was open from start to finish, and I never had to wait long if I had any questions or concerns. The procedure itself was done very methodically (I was awake under local anesthesia), and I never felt like anything was rushed or overlooked. I also appreciated them checking on me right after the procedure to make sure I was feeling okay. They run a very organized system, and it made me feel at ease and also valued as a patient. I only wish I had done this years ago, but also I am glad I waited for the right doctor to come along. If I need anything else done in the future, I will not go to anyone else. And last but not least, I am very happy with the result after healing. Thank you Traci, Rajneet, and Dr. Nima for being so excellent and doing a great job!
