$5,000
I went to Dr.Yager in 2013 for a Bbl with lipo and breast lift. I heard good reviews about him by word of mouth. At my consultation I discussed all my concerns with him about scarring. I really wanted a breast lift but I knew the type of incision it would entail so I was very skeptical about how the scars would heal afterwards. He assured me that he would do his best to make the scarring as minimal as possible but told me that there definitely would be scarring. He also recommended an implant but since I'm very skeptical about having a foreign object placed in me due to high concerns of rupture I opted not to get the implants. He was honest with me and did tell me that there was a chance that my breast may droop again due to changes in my lifestyle and because of the density of my breast since I was a size D cup. I respected his honesty and decided to go forward. The cost of my breast lift was 5,000 apart from the Bbl with Lipo that cost me 7,500. Total cost 12,500. During my post op I felt very confident that he did a great job. My breast were lifted up high but I couldnt see the scars yet because of the bandages. When I went in for my post op follow up visit his nurse removed some of my bandages in which I saw a small open wound with some pus around the areola of my left breast. The nurse told me that it looked like a stitch popped and put some antibacterial ointment and closed it up with surgical tape. Instead of Dr. Yager putting another stitch he took a quick look and said everything was okay and it will heal on its own. After 2 weeks of all the bandages being removed from my breast I was finally able to see the scars clearer. They looked thick and uneven and very dark. When I went in for my next visit I was once again reassured that this is normal and part of the healing process and that it will go down. So I gave it the benefit of the doubt and waited. In the meantime I loyally put on coconut oil twice a day. A year later my scars are still thick and my areolas are uneven. They are not even round. The area where the stitch popped is now a huge scar that looks like a keloid. My left nipple looks like it has been sliced. There is a flap there that wasn't there before the surgery. My boobs dropped again within a year after surgery and I didn't gain weight. I know he told me this may happen but after one year. really! What was the point? I feel that he rushed through my surgery and didn't take any of my concerns into consideration. I had low self esteem before my surgery and now it's even worse due to thick scarring and uneven areola. He didn't make any neat incisions. It looks like he just took my nipple off placed it higher and quickly sutured it back up. I wish I would have done more extensive research on him. Now money down the drain and two years later looking for a revision. As far as the lipo he didn't lipo all the areas that I wanted. At my consultation I stressed that I wanted my bra roll and upper back done and I still have a lot of fat there. I don't think he even touched that area. I also told the nurse this at my post op visit but she insisted it was swelling and it would go down. I was so naive and will not be anymore. Next time around I'm doing extensive research and being very strict. The bbl came out fair enough. I can't really complain about that. Although it's been two yrs later and about 30% went down but that's normal. You should always ask for your bbl to be at least two sizes bigger than what you want because a lot of it will get reabsorbed. I'm also going to repeat my bbl because I want it bigger and do the lipo in the areas that he missed. Also the lipo around my lower abdomen is a bit uneven but not enough to go crazy. So ladies I cannot recommend this dr to you because I am dissatisfied with the outcome and wasted a lot of my money and post op pain only to do it all over again. Everybody's body type is different and you may not get the same results as someone else but when a dr takes pride in what they do, they will make sure to meet your expectations as much as possible and not rush during surgery.

omg im scared ....im supposed to have my breast done with him next month. :(
Don't do it!!! Go to a different surgeon his scars don't heal nicely at at all. Could be the surgical instruments or his hands either way don't do it there

Thank you for sharing your experience. I hope you find support in the community.

Don't be scared as of yet. I know I had a bad experience but everyones body is different. There was some positive reviews about his breast augmentations probably because that only entails one incision under the breast. I'm not sure exactly what type of breast surgery your having but if it's a breast lift please do more research on him. I don't want anyone to go through what I went through.
