Free at last.

Well, after a long 2 yrs of agonizing over my breat implants, I got them out today!!! My original post indicated that I was to explant last January but I chickened out and postponed the surgery. Since then I thought I would try to embrace my new boobs and carry on with my life. After ten more mths with these implants, I still never got used to them. They always felt too big, uncomfortable, painful at times and weird health issues started happening. So I decided enough is enough. I'm sick and tired of feeling sick and tired. Big fake boobs are NOT for me. So I took the plunge cmt surgery was at 3:30 today. I don't feel too bad at all. I just have burning sensations at the incision site and feel groggy fr the anesthetic but that's to be expected. I will post some pictures tomorrow once I'm not feeling so tired. I'm very flat, but I don't think I look too bad. I think I look better than I expected to look. At this point, I could care less about the appearance of my chest. I'm only concerned about my health. A big thank you to all you amazing women who have shared your stories. You are the reason I was able to come to my decision to explant. I wish all of you health and happiness. For any women that is concidering explant, I say go with your gut! It's a very personal decision but if you're like me and pretty much think of nothing but your boobs everyday, then they gotta go! We have a life to live. We can't wasted any more time and energy obsessing over our breast! Who cares. They're only boobs...????????

I'm scheduled to remove my under muscle silacone...

I'm scheduled to remove my under muscle silacone implants in 4weeks. Have only had imolants for 16 months and have HATED them from day one. Feel they are too big. Want to go back to being "me". Am prepared for some sagging afterward but am worried I will look horrible afterwards. Was a 34A prior. Now 34D. Any advice?
